| *The Sketchbook Project - Soulard Art Market - Presented by Atlanta's Art House Co-op Gallery ~Opening Reception (public invited): Wed, March 11, 2009 - 6:30 to 10 pm St. Louis, MO , March 11th, 2009 � On March 11, 2009, Atlanta �s Art House Co-op Gallery will locally exhibit The Sketchbook Project. The exhibition will take place at Soulard Art Market, 2028 S. 12th Street , St. Louis , MO 63104 , from 6:30 until 10 p.m. The St. Louis exhibition will be the sixth stop of a nine-location tour. The full tour includes the cities of Atlanta , Washington D.C. , Philadelphia , Boston , Chicago , St. Louis , and Brooklyn .
The Sketchbook Project includes 2,785 participants from the U.S. as well as 44 other countries, 72 of the participating artists are from Missouri .

Women & Environment - Traveling Art Show The first venue will be at the Florissant Valley Contemporary Art Gallery in the Instructional Resource building on the campus of STLCC- FV, 3400 Pershall Road, Florissant, MO 63135. The exhibition will run March 2 - March 31. The exhibition will be part of the Women's History Month activities (schedule to follow) on the campus. On Thursday March 5 there will be a reception from 6-8pm. Also that same day the WCA will be presenting a noon lecture in the Art Dept. Voices- Contemporary Women Artists. Gallery hours are M-F 10-4 and Saturday 10-3pm.
The exhibition will then travel to Riverside Gallery, 13 W. Moody Ave., Webster Groves, MO 63119. The exhibition will be on display-
April 7 to April 30. There will be a reception Friday Apr 24 - time TBA. There will also be a curated small show of STL-WCA members at the same time. Gallery hours: M-TH 10-3.
